Our company is looking for a General Accountant for a full-time job in our new branch located in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise all regular accounting processes such as A/P and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.
• Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance with budgetary requirements.
• Supervise and ensure the efficient working of all financial transactions in the organization.
• Monitor and implement all accounts payable check activation and wire transactions.
• Assist departments in the accounts reconciliation process monthly.
• Monitor the authorized accounts reconciliation process.
• Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures.
• Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work.
• Prepare journal entries and synthesize common ledger for subsidiary accounts.
• Collate bank statements monthly.
• Provide support to the safekeeping of internal expenses in the company.
• Monitor account reconciliation, tax, and calculations inclusive of cost accounting.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Able to manage the direct reporting to the accounting manager and CEO.
Requirements:
• The candidate is expected to be located in the UAE
• Preferred experience: not less than 4 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounts is required
• Perfect English and Arabic writing and communication skills
• Candidate should be presentable, emotionally mature and process good moral code
• Able to start immediately.
Salary and benefits:-
monthly salary: AED 30004000
Working hours: 10 hours - 6 days a week
Ticket to home country every 2 year
Visa and ID expenses will be covered by the company
