Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for deploying projects & supporting systems based on Avaya AURA, One Cloud Platforms as a Project Owner or as part of a team.
• Avaya systems for which extensive understanding & hands-on expertise is required includes CM, SM, SMGR, SBCE, AADS, and Remote Worker Concepts in Geo-Redundant Setups.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Networks, Communications or Computer science
• At least 4 years’ experience in Avaya Unified Communication technologies - Actively implementing & supporting latest technologies built on SIP/SBCE Platforms.
Skills:
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager, System Manager, Session Border Controller, ESS, AADS, Media Gateways, SIP, TCP/IP protocols & Complex SIP Routing Environments with Integration to Third-Party Systems.
• Conducting testing and development disaster recovery plans to detect faults, minimize malfunctions, and backup systems.
