Position: Registered Laser Nurse
Location: Jumeriah, Dubai
Job Description:
As a Registered Laser Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering safe and effective laser treatments while providing compassionate care to our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Performing laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, tattoo removal, and other laser treatments as prescribed by the attending physician.
• Conducting pre-treatment assessments and consultations to determine the most appropriate course of action for each patient.
• Educating patients about the laser treatment process, including expected outcomes, potential risks, and post-treatment care instructions.
• Ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout the treatment process by adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up appointments.
• Collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team, including physicians, aestheticians, and support staff, to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid registration and licensure as a Registered Nurse with the DHA
• Certification or training in laser therapy or aesthetic nursing is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
• Having an experience in a dermatology or aesthetics is preferred.
• Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to perform laser procedures safely and effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
• Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic is a plus)
